Terms of use

1. The service

Netflowy Social Media is a free social network. Members share photos, images, videos and music they made, shown in 3D etalage boxes, and can follow, like, comment, share, message and call each other by holo audio. Using the service is free of charge.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older.
You choose a username and password. You receive a secret 12-word code. It is the only way to recover your account if you forget your password. We cannot reset it for you. Keep it offline and private.
One person, one account. Do not pretend to be someone else.
You are responsible for everything done with your account.

3. Your posts must be yours

Only post photos, images, videos and music that you made yourself, or that you have the right to share. Each time you post you confirm this.
Do not upload songs, beats, films or artwork by other people without their permission. We remove posts when rights holders report them, and we may close the accounts of repeat infringers.
Do not post photos or videos of other people without their consent.

4. What you may not post or send

Illegal content, sexual content, anything involving minors in a sexual or harmful way, content that is hateful, violent, threatening or harassing, scams, spam, and anything that infringes other people's rights. Do not use comments, the messenger or calls to harass, threaten or defraud anyone.

5. Moderation

Anyone can report a post or a profile. We may hide posts, remove comments, or suspend accounts that break these terms. Because messages are end-to-end encrypted we cannot read them; we act on reports and on what is public. Members can also block each other and choose who may message or call them.

6. Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload. You allow us to host it and show it on the platform, to the people you share it with, and in share links, while it is published. Deleting a post or your account removes it.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for content posted by members or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will show the date above. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new version.
